This is a small notch-like cascade found just 10 metres east of Hwy 144, just south of the turn off for Onaping Lake Rd. No more than a few metres high at most, at lower flow the water snakes through a couple of narrow rock troughs.
While this is not something to drive great distances to see, it is visible from the side of the road and makes a nice pit stop. Hwy 144 is a remote stretch of highway, providing an alternate route north to Timmins. But I found it to be quite scenic.
Anyone that chooses to stop to see this waterfall would have to accept the risk of high speed traffic on Hwy 144.
