Another 'High Falls'! I have chosen to use its frequent alternate name as a way to be more precise. This is a low, somewhat chaotic falls located at the southern end of Grand Lake. I don't think that there is any ground access, but it would be a beautiful 4 km paddle southwest from Achray.
The total fall into Grand Lake is about 8 m, though this is spread out, with only part of the drop at the waterfall.
NOTE: The driving directions lead to the Achray Campground, where it may be possible to put in your canoe/kayak. The route south and west towards the end of the lake is 4.5 km. Have you made this journey?
