A very pretty waterfall that makes great photos. This is located on a stretch of the Amable du Fond River, where it drains from North Tea Lake to Manitou Lake. These larger lakes are found in the northwest corner of Algonquin Park. The total fall along this short stretch is 26 m, although this falls is only a part of the drop. The topographic map marks more small waterfalls a few hundred metres downstream.

A canoe route passes through the area and includes a portage (Angler's Portage) around these falls. A shorter portage just to the west is located may be more heavily used due to being shorter. I have not visited. If you have, please let me know if we can update or correct this entry.

This waterfall is also called 'Lost Light Falls' on mapsbyjeff.com
